How a round works
1Deal
Pass the phone. Each player holds the card to peek at the secret word. The imposter only sees the category and a hint.
2Clue
Take turns giving one word or a short clue. Not too obvious, or the imposter catches on. Not too vague, or you look guilty.
3Vote
Discuss, point fingers, vote someone out. The big reveal shows who was lying.
Three modes, more twists
Classic
One secret word, one or more imposters with a hint.
Undercover
One player gets a close twin word (coffee and tea) and has no idea.
Liar
Everyone answers a question. One player got a different one.
Mr. White
Gets no word at all, but can steal the win by guessing it.

Questions
How many people can play?
From 3 to 20 players on a single phone. With 7 or more players you can add a second imposter, and Chaos mode picks a secret number of imposters.
Is Shifty free?

Does it need internet?
No. Shifty works offline: road trips, camping, classrooms and parties.
